I've had a mix of experiences at this hotel. While the location is fantastic with easy access to various attractions and dining spots, the service and dining left more to be desired. The room I stayed in had potential but lacked in amenities. On the plus side, the view from my room was stunning, giving a glimpse of the volcano. However, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times while visiting Riobamba, and I keep coming back for a reason. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore. The rooms were clean, but a bit basic, and though the service was warm, it was slow during dinner times. The breakfasts were quite good, making up for some of the other minor inconveniences. For the price, it’s a solid option, but be prepared for some noise from outside.
